Tim Parfitt

Tim Parfitt is the founder and CEO of Netcel, a company specializing in digital product strategy, development, and support using the Optimizely Digital Experience Platform. Prior to founding Netcel, Tim worked as an associate at the University of Hertfordshire and completed a graduate placement at ICL Fujitsu. Tim holds a BA (hons) in Business Studies from the University of Hertfordshire. Some of the notable clients Tim has worked with at Netcel include Age UK, Informa PLC, Metro Bank PLC, The National Crime Agency, The RSA, and Rothschild & Co.
