Frederick Wells

Software Developer at NetCentrics

Frederick Wells has a diverse work history starting as a science teacher for the City of Burlington in 1992. Frederick went on to teach courses in the Management Information Systems department at Florida State University from 1999 to 2007, where they also worked with Microsoft to obtain free development software and server grants for the department. In 2007, they transitioned to software consulting at Marquis Software Development, where they worked on Offender Management Information Systems software using VB.net and designed customer software training courses. In 2012, they were an insurance agent for Bankers Life and Casualty before returning to software development as a Software Developer at Northrop Grumman in 2013. Frederick worked there until 2018 when they started as a Software Developer at NetCentrics, which is their current role.

Frederick Wells earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Science Education from East Carolina University from 1986 to 1988. Later, from 1992 to 1994, they pursued a Masters degree in Physics Education from UNC Greensboro.
