Systems Engineer at NetCentrics

Heath Call has an extensive work experience in the field of technology. Heath started their career in 1997 as a Lab Assistant at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. In 1999, they became a Network Administrator at Express Scripts, Inc. where they worked until 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as a Network Hardware Specialist at The Daniel and Henry Co. In 2010, they worked as a Systems Administrator at the US Embassy in Moscow.

Heath joined HP Enterprise Services in 2012 as a VMWare/Wintel System Administrator - Technology Consultant III, where they provided support for Microsoft Windows servers in a large Data Center environment for DHS. Heath also gained experience using VMware in a Data Center environment. Heath participated in a 24/7 on-call rotation to resolve high priority issues and outages. In 2015, they joined Haystax NetCentrics as a Systems Engineer.

Currently, Heath works at the U.S. Department of State as an Information Management Specialist, a position they have held since March 2017.

Heath Call obtained their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from Thomas Edison State University in 2011. Prior to that, they attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1998 to 1999, but did not obtain a degree. Heath has obtained several certifications including ITILv3 Foundation, VMware Certified Associate-Cloud (VCA-Cloud), VMware Certified Associate-Data Center Virtualization (VCA-DCV), MCSA 2008, A+ Certified, VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP5-DCV), and Network+.
