Jonathan J. is a PMP Certified Telecommunications Program Manager at NOAA: National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration, with over 20 years’ experience in IT and telecommunications, as well as cyber security policy management and project management. Currently, Jonathan manages the telecommunications portfolio at NOAA and serves as the Senior Technology Officer for the 278th Armored Brigade Combat Team, overseeing technology services for over 4,000 personnel. Jonathan has previously held various leadership roles, including IT Project Manager for the Tennessee Army National Guard, where they managed extensive network infrastructures and budgets. With an MBA from Columbia Southern University and a degree in Communications & Information Science from The University of Alabama, Jonathan is known for excellent communication skills and strategic planning capabilities.
