Andreas Bachmann

Andreas Bachmann has worked as a Software Delivery Engineer at Netcetera - Software matters since April 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a System Administrator at the Geographisches Institut, Universität Zürich from October 2007 to March 2019. Before that, they were a Technical Manager at Eveni AG from September 2002 to August 2007.

Andreas Bachmann completed their Master's Degree in Geography from the University of Zurich. Andreas attended the university from 1988 to 1994. Following that, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Environmental Risk Analysis with GIS from the same university, completing it between 1996 and 2001. Andreas then joined the ZHAW School of Management and Law from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik.

In terms of certifications, Andreas Bachmann obtained the CPRE Foundation Level certification from SAQ Swiss Association for Quality in May 2017. Andreas also acquired various Oracle certifications. These include the Oracle Backup and Recovery (O-BR) certification from Trivadis AG (obtained in 2010), and the Oracle O-AI certification from the same institution (obtained in 2009). Furthermore, they obtained the Business English Certificate Higher from the University of Cambridge in March 2006.

Most recently, in October 2020, Andreas Bachmann achieved the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
