Franziska Grohmann has a diverse range of work experience. Franziska started their career as a Teaching Assistant at Christian-Albrechts-Universität Kiel, where they provided assistance to students and supported them with their coursework. Following this, they worked as a Software Engineer at Ferag AG / ma design swiss GmbH, where they developed and maintained a process control system and web client. This involved solving complex scheduling problems and optimizing resource consumption.

Franziska then joined Diebold as a Software Engineer and later became a Professional Services Manager. In these roles, they managed projects and provided software engineering expertise.

After their time at Diebold, Franziska took a break to fulfill their dream of traveling the world. Franziska spent over a year traveling through North, Central, and South America, as well as Fiji and Australia.

Returning to work, Franziska joined ERNI as a Professional Consultant. Franziska assisted customers with requirements engineering, project management, and performance improvement, specializing in agile methodology and team performance. Franziska took on various roles, including Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Business Analyst. Franziska coached teams in agile practices, facilitated communication between stakeholders, and kept backlogs up to date.

Their most recent position was at BlueCare AG, where they served as a Product Owner and Senior Consultant. Their responsibilities included further development of a web application, prioritizing projects, stakeholder management, and business analysis.

Franziska's current role is as a Senior Product Owner at Netcetera - Software matters, where they apply their experience and expertise in overseeing product development.

Franziska Grohmann completed their education at Kiel University from 2005 to 2011, earning both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career.
