Goran Gruev

Goran Gruev has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as an Application Support Engineer at Netcetera - Software matters since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Support Engineer at Verint Monet from March 2019 to March 2020, and at MTS Macedonia from December 2018 to March 2019. Their longest tenure was with SIMT, where they served as a System Administrator from September 2007 to December 2018.

Goran Gruev obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Faculty of electrotechnics Skopje in 1998. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: AWS Technical Essentials from Fast Lane Switzerland in November 2021, Systems Operations on AWS from Fast Lane Switzerland in November 2021, ITIL® 4 Foundation CPD from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2020, Installation, programming and offering of telecommunication servers NCP from SLiCaN in December 2016, and Installation, programming and offering of telecommunication servers IPM-032 and IPL-256 from SLiCaN in November 2010.
