Simon L. Andrey has extensive work experience in the field of finance and controlling. Simon L. began their career as a Fitnesstrainer at Klubschule Migros in 1996 and later held the position of Betriebsleiter Stv. at Fitness Connection. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team, training interns and fitness trainers, employee scheduling, and ensuring quality standards.

In 2000, Simon became the CEO and owner of DjShop.ch, where they gained experience in managing a business. Simon L. then transitioned into the field of controlling, starting as a Group Controlling Trainee at Aebi Schmidt Holding AG in 2008 and 2009.

Simon joined Sulzer in 2010 as a Controller, where they managed financial planning and analysis.
