Natalie Dickson's work experience includes various roles at different companies. Natalie started their career at Capital One as a Teller from May 2014 to September 2015, where they processed customer transactions and provided exceptional customer service. Natalie then joined Waffle House, Inc. as an Hourly Recruiting Specialist from September 2015 to January 2020, where they handled staffing and full lifecycle processes for multiple restaurant units. Since January 2020, Natalie has been working at Netchex, initially as a Client Service Representative and later transitioned to roles such as Service Staff Trainer and currently as a Client Advocate.
