Rene Roy

Rene Roy has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rene began their career as a Promotion Writer/Producer at Tele-Communications, Inc. (Now Cox Communications) in 1993. Rene then moved on to WWL-TV where they worked as a Senior Writer/Producer from 1997 to 2002. Following that, Rene joined Smartdog Services as a Corporate Communications Director, holding the position from 2002 to 2008. In 2008, they worked as an Associate Writer/Producer at Digital Bayou HD Productions, Inc. on an innovative web video series. Rene then joined HUB International in 2009 as a Project Coordinator, staying with the company until 2015. Rene'smost recent position was as a Business Process Analyst at Netchex, where they started in 2015.

Rene Roy attended St. Mary's Dominican High School from 1985 to 1989. After high school, from 1989 to 1993, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications at the University of New Orleans.
