Lorraine Kälin

Lorraine Keong is a seasoned professional with a background in credit operations and project management at J.P. Morgan since December 2021, performing roles such as WM – Credit Ops Analyst and WM, IPB Fees – Project Manager. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Lorraine served as a Business Process Analyst at Maybank, focusing on user requirements and quality assurance for internal systems, as well as developing training materials. Lorraine's earlier experience includes a role as a UI/UX Designer at Aleph-Labs, where recognition as Newbie of the Year was achieved, and freelance design work for Nanyang Technological University Singapore, contributing to a student event.
