Eman Faiz is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across various companies. Currently serving as the Product Design Lead at Netcoins since May 2022, Eman previously worked at Ritual.co as a Product Designer, where feature improvements and collaboration with engineering teams were key responsibilities. Prior roles included Senior Product Designer at TribalScale, where Eman led comprehensive design processes and facilitated remote discovery workshops, and a Senior Analyst position at CIBC, which involved co-developing a Discovery Practice using design thinking methodology. Eman began the professional journey as an Editorial Design Director at Quantumrun and has a background in graphic design, holding a Bachelor of Design from OCAD University. Eman's robust skill set encompasses UX research, product strategy, and collaborative problem-solving, contributing to the development of user-centered digital experiences.
