Claudius Grupp

Claudius Grupp has extensive experience in network operations and customer service engineering, currently serving as Teamleiter for the Network Operation Center and Betrieb Weitverkehrsnetze at NetCom BW GmbH since October 2014. Prior to this role, Claudius Grupp worked as a Senior Customer Service Engineer at Coriant, Inc. from May 2013 to September 2014, and at Nokia Siemens Networks GmbH & Co. KG from October 2010 to April 2013. Claudius Grupp began a career in customer service engineering with Siemens AG, continuing with Nokia Siemens Networks GmbH & Co. KG from October 2000 to September 2010.
