Mohan Sindhu

Mohan Sindhu is a seasoned professional in the field of training and development with extensive experience in technical training and consultancy. Currently, Mohan serves as a Senior Technical Trainer and Consultant at NetCom Learning and holds the position of Founder and President at Genesis - Ek Pahal, a community-based organization in Rohtak, Haryana, focused on supporting the LGBTQIA+ community through education, healthcare, and societal protection. Previously, Mohan worked at Koenig Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Technical Manager and in various training roles, including Senior Corporate Trainer and Corporate Trainer. Additionally, Mohan was a Learning and Development Specialist at Tech Mahindra, where responsibilities included analyzing training requirements and ensuring effective training transitions. Earlier experience includes a role as Training Lead at Concentrix, specializing in onboarding new hires. Mohan holds a Bachelor's degree in Art/Art Studies from IEC University, completed between 2016 and 2019.
