Russell Sarder

Russell Sarder is the founder, chairman, and CEO of NetCom Learning. Prior to NetCom Learning, Sarder was an investor at Sarder Learning from April 2015 to December 2019. Sarder Learning is a collaborative knowledge platform that brings together business practices from Fortune 1000 CXOs, Ivy League professors, and best-selling authors. The platform offers eLearning programs and a variety of services that meet diverse training needs ranging from strategic L&D consultation to mentor workshops. Sarder Learning also provides enterprise custom learning opportunities through byte-sized videos that are based on the "just in time" concept and are compatible with multiple platforms.

Russell Sarder's educational career includes studying business administration and management at NYU School of Professional Studies, mathematics and computer science at Columbia University, and computer science at The City University of New York. Russell also studied organizational leadership at Dale Carnegie Training and computer science at Indiana State University.
