Rade Šupica

Rade Šupica, MsEE, PMP, MBA, currently serves as Partner and Chief Technology Officer at NETcom System, overseeing the entire Software Development portfolio and leading business development and pre-sales activities since March 2023. Previously, Rade held the position of Senior Product Development Manager at TubeIQ, focusing on business analysis, resource estimation, and the development of the TubeIQ platform. Rade's extensive experience at Belit includes roles as Team Leader, Chief Technology Officer, Senior Program and Project Manager, and Business and IT Analyst, where management of software development, project coordination, and analysis of user requirements were key responsibilities. Rade began a career in software development at the University of Belgrade's School of Electrical Engineering, leading teams through the development life cycle. Rade holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Belgrade and an Executive MBA from Roma Business School.
