Amy Smith is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment and client solutions. Currently serving as the Partnerships Manager at Netcom Training since February 2024, Amy previously held roles including Client Solutions Manager at Auriga Services Limited and Head of Employer Engagement at Novo Training. With a strong focus on empowering young individuals through skill development, Amy led initiatives that supported over 600 youths into employment while at Core Selection. Amy's career also includes senior consulting positions at FastTrack and Hays, specializing in various industries, alongside leadership in hospitality and events roles.
