Doug Brooks is a seasoned technical trainer with over 25 years of experience in the IT sector and a strong background in aerospace manufacturing. Currently serving as a Technical Trainer at Netcom Training since August 2019, Doug has previously held the position of Leading Hand at Arconic from March 1996 to June 2019, where responsibilities included supervising a diverse team, conducting performance appraisals, and developing training plans. Doug possesses extensive hands-on experience in the centerless grinding industry, working with various metals and ensuring compliance with ISO9001 AS9100 standards. Doug's educational credentials include a BTEC Diploma in IT and a Bachelor of Technology in IT from Netcom Training, along with a range of certifications in team leadership and mechanical manufacturing engineering.
