Mark Bourgonjen

Mark Bourgonjen is an experienced Occupational Health Physician with over 25 years in the field, currently serving as a co-founder and co-owner of Belastbaarheid.nu since July 2014, where effective strategies to reduce absenteeism and enhance workforce employability are implemented. Mark has worked as an Occupational Health Physician and medical advisor for various organizations including Dienst Justitiële Inrichtingen (DJI), Eneco eMobility Nederland, Marktplaats, and BLICK op onderwijs. Additionally, Mark is a trainer for the program "Jij maakt het verschil," which aids leaders in fostering productive dialogues about absenteeism. Educational qualifications include a medical degree from Utrecht University and specialized training in motivational interviewing and occupational health.
