Mathilde Becker is a certified SAFe® PO/PM and a business consultant at Netcompany, focusing on digital transformations and process optimization. With a MSc in Business Administration and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School, Mathilde possesses strong analytical skills and a passion for designing impactful solutions in organizational development. Previously, Mathilde worked as a manager at Netcompany and held positions such as research assistant at Capacent A/S. Currently, Mathilde is involved in a major public IT project aimed at enhancing efficiency in public administration while mentoring junior and senior consultants.
