Jatin Prasad

Jatin Prasad has been working in the IT industry since 2008. Jatin began their career as a Tech Analyst at Bank of America, where they interacted with clients, understood their needs, and provided technical support by remotely accessing their networks and troubleshooting issues. Jatin also created and managed user accounts, both local and domain, and managed and troubleshot escalated calls from field engineers.

In 2015, Jatin Prasad joined Midland Retail Pvt. Ltd (Evision Pvt Ltd.) as a System Administrator L2. In this role, they interacted with clients, understood their needs, and provided technical support by remotely accessing their networks and troubleshooting the issues raised. Jatin was also responsible for resolving trouble-tickets raised by clients through phone or remote access and creating and managing user accounts, both local and domain.

In 2017, Jatin Prasad joined Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services as an IT Network Engineer. In this role, they remotely managed through Team Viewer, VNC, and Remote Desktop to solve windows and software issues. Jatin also troubleshot Richo/HP printers.

Most recently, in 2018, Jatin Prasad joined NetConnect as a Data Center Analyst (L-4 Support). In this role, they performed computer installation, operating system and printer configuration in clients' homes and small businesses, diagnosed, administered, and monitored performance of LAN/WAN technologies and wireless networks using remote connection software. Jatin also analyzed, troubleshot, sourced, and repaired problems of computer elements such as printers, servers, desktops, and laptops, and provided reasonable time periods to enable individual and business continuity. Jatin also configured switches and routers on the network.

Jatin Prasad has an education history of a Master of Business Administration - MBA in IT Administration and Cloud Computing from NIBM Institute between 2017 and 2019. Jatin also has a graduation from Delhi University between 2000 and 2003. Additionally, they have two certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate obtained in December 2019 and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Windows Server 2016.
