Niclas Gayer

Niclas Gayer is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Group CFO at Netcontrol Group. They began their career as an intern at Siemens before moving on to become an Audit Associate at Grant Thornton Finland. From 2011 to 2018, Niclas held the position of Manager of Finance and Administration and Partner at Lankapaja Oy, where they were a member of the Management Team overseeing finance, accounting, payroll, and HR. They subsequently served as Director of Finance and Administration at Steripolar Finland before transitioning to Chief Financial Officer at Airam Electric Oy Ab from 2020 to 2023. Niclas holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Business Management from Hanken School of Economics, completed in 2008.
