Akanksha M.

Akanksha M. has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Research Associate at Character Sketches from February 2008 to March 2009. In this position, they were responsible for headhunting and recruiting candidates for junior, middle, and senior-level positions in IT, Advertising, and HR verticals.

In December 2010, Akanksha joined Netcore Cloud as a Human Resource Manager. Akanksha then progressed to the role of Assistant Manager - HR Operations from April 2017 to April 2020. Afterward, they took on the position of Deputy Manager - HR Operations from April 2020 to April 2021. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Netcore Cloud, starting in April 2023.

Akanksha M. completed their PGDM in Human Resources Management from MIT School of Distance Education between the years 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering from Aptech Learning from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in "Finding and Retaining High Potentials" from SHRM in April 2021.
