Leena Shelar's work experience includes a role as a Marketing Executive at Netcore Cloud since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Market Research Intern at Market Search India from April 2022 to June 2022.

Leena Shelar's education history begins with their completion of high school from R.K Talreja College in India, where they studied Commerce from 2015 to 2017.
