Sunil Yewale has held various roles throughout their work experience. Sunil started their career at Accel Frontline Ltd in 2005 as an Associate Project Engineer, where they managed IT hardware and servers for LIC of India. In 2006, they joined Netcore Solutions as a Customer Support Executive, eventually progressing to Group Manager for Customer Support. During their time at Netcore Solutions, they were responsible for managing enterprise clients, onboarding new clients, handling technical queries and escalations, and managing response and resolution SLAs.
