Adam Swank has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Adam started their career as a Junior Software Engineer at SwitchSoft Systems, where they wrote programs and tested software packages. Adam then worked as a Tier 2 Support Technician at Dynix, providing support for an online library searching package.

Adam later joined Microsoft and held multiple roles, including Software Engineer in Test Intern, Software Developer Engineer, and Software Developer in Test. Adam worked on projects related to 3D Shell experience for the HoloLens team and developed tools for performance and stress testing.

After their tenure at Microsoft, Adam worked as a Senior Software Engineer at DISH Digital, contributing to the development of the backend media server for SlingTV.
