David Snow

David Snow has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. David started their career as a Document Automation Consultant and Developer, where they developed document automation systems and assisted in the development of various automated practice systems. David then worked as a Corporate and Legal Sales Account Manager at CompUSA, where they developed a legal technology sales market niche and consistently exceeded sales goals. After that, they worked as a Power Marketing Contract Specialist at Western Area Power Administration, preparing agreements related to power generation and transmission. David then transitioned to the legal field, working as an Associate Attorney at Duval Hansen Witt & Morley, PC, focusing on creditor and debtor bankruptcy, negotiated debt settlement, collections, and small business entity formation. David later opened their own law firm, the Law Office of David WM Snow PC, where they represented numerous clients and achieved desired outcomes in nearly 80% of all cases. Alongside their legal career, they also took on roles as the NewVistas Research Manager at Novatek International, Inc., leading a team of research interns to develop sustainable living technologies, and as the President and Lead Consultant at Counsel Support, Inc., providing consulting services and practice management systems to the legal profession. Currently, David Snow is working at NetDocuments as the Director of Compliance Trust Services, where they assist law firms and financial planning organizations with migrating to the NetDocuments platform and providing training sessions.

David Snow earned a Juris Doctor degree in Law from BYU Law School in the years 1992-1995. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science at Brigham Young University from 1990-1992. Before attending university, they studied Political Science at Washington State University from 1985-1987. David also graduated from West Seattle High School with a Diploma. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in August 2021, Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer from ISACA in January 2021, and became a NetDocuments Certified Partner in 2018.
