Erik Lustig

Erik Lustig has extensive work experience in various technical and leadership roles. Erik is currently serving as the Sr. Director Engineering at NetDocuments. Prior to this, they worked at H&R Block from 2014 to 2021, where they held positions such as IT Director - Client Platforms & Technology Incubation, IT Director - Technology Incubation | Fintech | Content Services, and IT Director - Content Services. Before joining H&R Block, Erik worked at Perceptive Software as a Technical Account Manager from 2013 to 2014. Erik also worked at Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City as a Technology Manager - Architecture & Data from 2011 to 2013. Earlier in their career, Erik held multiple positions at Perceptive Software including Manager of Technical Architects, Professional Services - Technical Architect, and Technical Lead. Erik started their career as a Systems Engineer at Honeywell/NNSA in 2002.

From 2000 to 2001, Erik Lustig attended Conseva and earned a degree in Java Programming with a focus on Computer Programming.
