Jerad Lally

Jerad Lally has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jerad started their career as a Retirement Plan Specialist and later became a Sr. Investment Operations Specialist at Principal Financial Group. Jerad then worked as a Trade Review Principal at ING Financial Partners, where they managed trade reviews and supervised sales representatives. At CDS Global, they served as a Director of Sales & Marketing Operations and later as an Industrial Engineer/Statistical Consultant, where they implemented database solutions and created operational performance measurements. Jerad also held various roles at PayLease, including Vice President of Client Account Management and Director of Revenue Operations & Interim Director of Marketing. Jerad then worked at ChildcareCRM as Vice President of Business Operations and Vice President of Marketing/Revenue Operations. Jerad also worked at Artera as Vice President of Revenue Operations, and most recently, they joined NetDocuments as Vice President of Revenue Operations. Throughout their career, Jerad has focused on revenue operations, customer engagement, strategic planning, and performance analysis, among other responsibilities.

Jerad Lally obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Management with a minor in Philosophy from Simpson College in the years 1996 to 2000. Jerad later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business between 2007 and 2010. Jerad has also earned various certifications, including Inbound Certified from HubSpot Academy in December 2020 and Email Marketing Certified from HubSpot Academy in January 2020.
