Lesley Seccia

Lesley Seccia, PhD, currently serves as a Senior User Researcher at NetDocuments since November 2023, following a prior role as a User Experience Researcher at AppFolio, Inc., from January 2020 to August 2023. In this capacity, Lesley designed and executed qualitative and quantitative research projects, leading to evidence-based design recommendations and strategic insights for product teams. Lesley has extensive experience in academic advising and admissions counseling at UC Santa Barbara, as well as teaching high school French at Environmental Science and Technology High School. A well-educated professional, Lesley holds a PhD and M.A. in Education and a B.A. in French Language/Literature and Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
