Maddy Fleagle

Maddy Fleagle is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in demand generation and marketing operations. Currently serving as the Director of Demand Generation for NORAM at NetDocuments since September 2025, Maddy also contributes as an Associate at Pavilion, a membership organization for growth-focused professionals. Previous roles include Head of Demand Generation at Pipefy, and various positions at Introhive, where Maddy held multiple titles including Director of Demand Generation and Customer Marketing, as well as Director of Marketing Operations, focusing on strategy development and process improvement. Maddy's career began at Gallup as a Global Communications Coordinator and Regional Marketing Coordinator, where significant marketing plans and communication strategies were developed.
