Marco Poggio

Marco Poggio has extensive work experience in customer success management roles. Marco currently serves as the Senior Director of Customer Success at NetDocuments. Prior to that, they worked as the Global Vice President of Customer Success at CybelAngel. Marco also held the position of Director of Americas Customer Success at Citrix, where they were responsible for managing a strategic customer success program. Before Citrix, they served as the Senior Worldwide Director of Customer Success at Ivanti, where they focused on creating scalable customer success strategies. Marco's earlier experience includes roles such as WW Director of Customer Success and Global Premier Manager at LANDESK Software, where they were involved in improving customer retention and providing the best customer support experience.

Marco Poggio completed their Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Business/IT from Utah Valley University, graduating in 2003.
