Michael Nauta

Michael Nauta has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Michael is currently the Director of Engineering Operations at NetDocuments since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Dealertrack as the Director of Engineering Operations from May 2017 to July 2021, where they drove financial management processes, led strategic initiatives, managed internal communications, and developed key performance indicators. Before that, Michael was the Director of Engineering at Endurance International Group from December 2012 to May 2017, where they managed a team and implemented efficient SDLC processes. Michael also has experience as a Project Manager at NSP from December 2007 to December 2012, where they played multiple roles including project manager, business analyst, and scrum master. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Billing Operations Engineer at United Online and as a Billing Support Manager at United Online / Juno Online. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Support Analyst at EarthLink for a brief period.

Michael Nauta has a BA in Anthropology/Archaeology from UCLA, obtained between 1997 and 1999. Prior to that, they earned an AA in General Education from Los Angeles Pierce College, spanning from 1994 to 1997. Michael completed their secondary education at South Tahoe High School. In addition to their academic qualifications, Michael has obtained certifications such as Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in November 2016, PCI-ISA from PCI Security Standards Council in 2014, and PMI-ACP from Project Management Institute (PMI) in February 2012.
