Staci VanderPol

Staci VanderPol is a legal consultant and corporate attorney with over a decade of experience advising on M&A deals, commercial contracts, governance, and compliance. Staci has held various roles, including Senior Counsel at The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers and Associate Corporate Counsel at Aptevo Therapeutics, where they managed corporate governance and compliance matters. Currently, Staci serves as a Legal Consultant at NetDocuments and is the founder of Going In-House, a coaching platform aimed at helping law students and attorneys transition into corporate counsel roles. Staci is also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Washington State University.
