Ann Chen

Ann Chen is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as a Senior Global & Executive Recruitment Partner at 网易 since June 2015, Ann specializes in sourcing high-end talent for Netease Games, including experts in engine development, technical art, production, and game design. Prior experience includes the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at Ubisoft Montréal from December 2012 to May 2015, and earlier as a Human Resources Assistant Intern at Blizzard Entertainment. Ann holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Zhejiang University, where studies were completed from 2010 to 2012, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the same institution, earned between 2006 and 2010.
