Jessi Chen is a seasoned retail market research expert with over seven years of experience, currently working as a Senior Product Planning Specialist at NetEase since 2019. Previously, Jessi held various roles at Nielsen, including Senior Manager, where they led a team and provided strategic insights to numerous retailer clients. Jessi also established the Retailer Vertical Industry Consultant Team and has extensive knowledge in research solutions, retail analysis, and category management.
