Lun Su is currently the Director of Corporate Finance at NetEase, a role they began in 2023, where they focus on day-to-day financial management, finance transformation, and digital finance innovation. With over 18 years of experience in the SSC, finance, and call center sectors, Lun held various leadership roles, including Director of Delivery Excellence at Adidas from 2018 to 2023 and Center Quality & Digital Lead at IBM from 2009 to 2018, where they developed innovation strategies and drove digital maturity initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at GENPACT as a Customer Service Process Professional.
