Rexroad Simons (史锐思) currently serves as the Director of Operations and Strategy at BulletFarm, a game studio dedicated to redefining AAA Action-Adventure experiences, since September 2023. Simons has also taken on the role of Investment Professional at NetEase since July 2021, focusing on early-stage investments in gaming, AI, blockchain, and Gen-Z consumer sectors. Previous experience includes positions as an Associate at Peakview Capital from June 2020 to June 2021, Strategic Investment Advisor for a stealth mode education startup from January 2019 to June 2020, and Strategic Investment Analyst for M&A at Baidu, Inc. from July 2018 to January 2019. Simons holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Stanford University, a Master's degree in China Studies (Economics and Management) from Yenching Academy of Peking University, and has completed the Inter-University Program for Chinese Language Studies at Tsinghua University, in addition to attending Breck School.
