Shelly Rounds

Shelly Rounds has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Shelly started their career at Uni-Vite Inc. in 1990, where they worked in Operations and Customer Service. Shelly was responsible for managing employee growth and generating statistical reports for management. In 1992, they moved on to Body Wise International, Inc., where they served as the Manager of Systems Operations. During their time there, they oversaw the exponential growth of the company and supervised the information services department. From 1995 to 1997, Shelly worked at Marin Credit Card Services, Inc. as the Risk Management specialist. Shelly established and managed a collections department and motivated employees to achieve optimal performance. In 1997, they joined Enviro-Tech International as the Database Administrator - Manager. Shelly specialized in database management and translated business strategies into IT solutions. In 2001, Shelly became the owner of uptimeLV, Inc., a multi-million dollar technology business. Shelly co-founded the company and was recognized for their entrepreneurial achievements. Finally, in 2014, Shelly joined NetEffect, IT Built for Business. Shelly has held various roles in the company, starting as the Director of Finance and Administration, then becoming the Director of Operations, and currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer.

Shelly Rounds earned a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Business Administration and Management, General from California State University, Chico. Shelly attended the university from 1982 to 1987.
