Neven Dilkov is an entrepreneur and investor who founded Neterra and NetIX, and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Neterra Ltd since 1996 and as Founder of NetIX Communications Ltd since 2013. They also hold the role of Executive Director at Mobile Alternative Communications Jsc since 2017 and sit on the board of the Access to Information Programme since 2012.
