Sylvia B.

Sylvia B. has extensive experience in technical support and engineering, currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer (TSE) at Netezza since June 2007. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior TSE at Auspice Corporation from 2006 to 2008, and at Sword Group from 2003 to 2005. Sylvia also worked as a Senior TSE at Open Market from July 1999 to June 2002, and began the career as a Technical Support Consultant at Credit Network from February 1997 to July 1999. Sylvia holds a degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
