Adam E. Wactlar is currently the Principal Counsel for Intellectual Property at Netflix, a position held since 2018. Previously, Wactlar served as Vice President & Senior Counsel for Business & Legal Affairs at Viacom from 2017 to 2018, and held various roles at Viacom Media Networks, including Counsel for Intellectual Property & Litigation from 2013 to 2015. Wactlar began their legal career as an Associate at White & Case from 2006 to 2013. Wactlar holds a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and a B.A. in English from Binghamton University.
