Alex Sim, GPHR®, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Head of Talent for Netflix Korea. Previously, Alex held key positions within the Renault-Nissan Alliance as GM of Talent Management for the Renault Nissan Mitsubishi Alliance in China and HR for the Renault Asia Pacific Region. Alex's earlier roles at Renault included Director of HR for the Asia Pacific Region, Manager for the Africa Region HR, and Executive Management & Talent Management Leader. Additionally, Alex has military experience as an Intelligence Officer and Executive Secretary to the Commanding General in the Republic of Korea Army in both Iraq and Korea. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Retail Management from Syracuse University and further education at INSEAD in 2013.
