Alison Lima

Alison Lima is an experienced legal professional specializing in business and legal affairs within the animation and motion picture sectors. Currently serving as General Counsel and Head of Business & Legal Affairs for Feature Animation at Netflix since June 2018, Alison leads a team focused on the development, production, licensing, and acquisition of animated content globally. Prior to Netflix, Alison held the position of Executive Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs at DreamWorks Animation, where responsibilities included managing legal matters for feature film and television projects and serving as a principal strategist for rights acquisitions and talent agreements. Earlier roles include Head of Motion Picture and Television Business and Legal Affairs at DreamWorks Animation and positions at DreamWorks Studios and Greenberg Glusker. Alison holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Linguistics from the University of Maryland.
