Alison Small

Alison Small is currently the Senior Manager of Production Training and Industry Engagement, EMEA, at Netflix, where they focus on enhancing the skills development of freelance crew for various productions. Previously, they served as CEO of the Production Guild of Great Britain, significantly increasing membership and raising the organization’s profile within the industry. Alison began their career in the 90s at the British Film Commission and has held numerous roles that involved attracting international productions to the UK, including positions at the UK Film Council and various consultancy roles. They are an active member of several industry organizations, including BAFTA and the BFI, and maintain a passion for politics and the arts.
