Alysia Russo is currently the Director of Documentary Film at Netflix, bringing over seven years of experience in short-form content development, production, distribution, and audience development. Previously, Alysia held significant roles at Maker Studios, where they developed and produced original content for music verticals, and contributed as a Producer for various YouTube influencers. Alysia has also served as Head of Docuseries at Prime Video and worked with companies like Vessel and Oath, showcasing expertise in partner management and content strategy across different platforms. Alysia earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Film Production with a minor in Business from the University of Southern California.
