Amber Payne

Amber Payne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management within the real estate and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Director of the Integration Office at Netflix since February 2020, Amber leads a team focused on global data reporting, enterprise technology systems, sustainability, and business operations for the CREWS organization, while also directing the real estate diligence and integration strategy for Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to Netflix, Amber held various roles at Uber from September 2016 to January 2020, including Global Program Manager and Sr. Workplace Program Manager for the US and Canada, overseeing the development of various corporate spaces. Amber's earlier experience includes managing construction projects at JLL and assisting remodeling projects at Mr. Fix It 30121. Amber holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Tuskegee University and has furthered education at Harvard Business School.
