Astha Singhal

Astha Singhal is a highly experienced security professional with a robust background in workforce and infrastructure security, application security, and product security. Currently serving as the Director of Workforce and Infrastructure Security at Netflix since October 2017, Astha focuses on securing Netflix's technology ecosystem, enhancing cloud security engineering, and managing security platforms for asset visibility and vulnerability management. Prior roles at Netflix include Director of Application Security and Engineering Manager, where Astha was instrumental in developing scalable security capabilities and overseeing application security initiatives. Astha's previous experience includes senior roles at Salesforce, where extensive work was done in securing applications on the Salesforce AppExchange and improving security posture for flagship CRM products. With a solid foundation in security engineering research and teaching, Astha holds a Master of Science in Information Security Technology and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Information & Communication Technology from DAIICT.
