Benjamin Lynn is the Director of Standup & Comedy Formats at Netflix, having progressed through various roles within the company since 2017. Prior to this, they held internships at several notable companies, including Sony Pictures Entertainment, FilmNation Entertainment, The Weinstein Company, and Paradigm Talent Agency. Benjamin also served as an Agent Trainee at United Talent Agency from 2013 to 2016 and worked as an Assistant at Broadway Video. They earned a BS in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and are currently studying Communication and Media Studies at the DIS - Danish Institute for Study Abroad.
