Caitie Reck currently serves as the Scope 3 Lead for Netflix Sustainability since September 2022, focusing on decarbonization, climate policy, reporting, climate risk assessments, and the carbon impacts of digital services. Prior to this role, Caitie worked as a Sustainability Solutions Consulting Manager at ENGIE Impact, where consulting for the Netflix sustainability team commenced in September 2021. Caitie has also held a position as a Senior Associate Management Consultant at PwC, concentrating on impact measurement in the Social Determinants of Health practice. Academic experience includes serving as a teaching assistant and course designer for the iPodia Global Innovation class at the University of Southern California and conducting research at NOAA in ozone/halocarbon laboratories. Caitie holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California and has completed digital upskilling courses through Udacity.
